Philadelphia: International Bible House, 1910. Hardcover. Near Fine. Profusely illustrated with photos and drawings, often captioned with quotes. Frontispiece has Roosevelt declaring, "I'll give them all the fight they want!" There are photos of Roosevelt greeting the Rough Riders, with his family, with other presidents like McKinley, as a governor, as a colonel, as an ex-president amoung Africa's natives and wildlife, and many others. Over 400 pp (unusually numbered) with "Publisher's Guarantee" and 8 pp for notes on who wishes to purchase the book to rear of text. Previous owner's name to FPDEP. Makeshift DJ of newspaper, The Evening World Daily Magazine, from September 27, 1910. Lightly bumped corners, a 1" dent to front lower board. Gilt (a bit rubbed) and black lettering debossed to front and rear board, red cloth-covered boards. Paste-on to front board, illustration of Roosevelt to rear board. A very nice book.
