London, Edinburgh and New York: T. Nelson and Sons, 1894. 1st Edition. Decorative Cloth. Good/No Jacket. Very exciting Norwegian adventure story. Green Decorative cloth cover with Gilt Lettering and main illustration of a Boy defending himsef against an attack by a Bear. Illustration of a Boy in Uniform on spine. Frontis Illustration shows the Battle of the rafts and illustrated title page shows the same illustration as the cover. Printed title page follows, dated 1894. 7 1/4" Tall. Spine slightly faded and some fraying to ends. A small spot of glue is on front cover (see photo). Front free endpaper missing and previous owner's name in pencil on back of frontis. The frontis page has lost a little bit at the very bottom and the illustrated title page is missing a very small piece at the top corner. Size: 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall
