Synopsis
Richard McKeon was dean of the division of humanities at the University of Chicago and a renowned classical scholar. C.D. Reeve is a professor of philosopshy at Reed College. He is the author of several books on ancient Greek philosophy, most recently Practices of Reason and he is the translator of Aristotle's Politics and Plato's Cratylus and Republic. He lives in Portland, Oregon.
