About This Item
Boulder, CO Sounds True, January 1997. Audio Cassette Two Audio Cassette Tapes in Excellent [Like New] condition, housed in crystal clear plastic cases, in Near Fine condition, showing only the mildest rubbing. These are housed in a colorful heavy cardstock slip case, which shows light wear to the corner tips; a little mild rubbing, and a couple of creases [Very Good]. Overall, Very Good+. Audio Book: Cassette Tapes. This book is a very intimate look at the author's process. Here she is, suffering like the rest of us, living on an emotional roller coaster, compelled by habitual behaviours, confused, and at the same time engaged in her practice. She struggles. She learns not to struggle. Then she struggles again. Layers of confusion, resistance, and suffering drop away. At times reading this book was painful. I can see so many aspects of the author in myself. Almost everyone who is engaged in meditation practice would enjoy and benefit from reading this book. It is a very personal account, but at the same time it really is about all of us.
