Third or later edition from The Modern Library, likely printed in the 1950's based on title page and other attributes. With unclipped dust jacket. Chips to head and tail, creases to folded section of jacket, additional rubbing and creases to extremities. Red cloth over boards with title and author inside a lable, with device, inside border on front cover. Title, author, and publisher inside label on spine with publisher's device over. Light fraying to head of spine. Former owner signature on title in pencil. Interior very lightly toned, otherwise fine.
