Includes a golf scorecard from Sea Island Golf Club signed by Louise Suggs and Barbara Bush. Scorecard includes the 18-hole results from Barbara Bush, Louise Suggs, Carolyn Carter and Fran Green. An exceptional association copy. As detailed on page 435 of Barbara Bush: A Memoir, the First Lady played golf at Sea Island, Georgia in September 1991, the first time she had been back to the resort since her honeymoon forty-six years earlier. Playing in a group behind President Bush, Mrs. Bush was in a foursome with Louise Suggs (one of the founders of the LPGA), Fran Green and Carolyn Carter.
