These are nineteen short Bantu stoires, written down in the early 1930s by a pioneer teacher in the Kasai district of what more recently was known as the Democratic Republic of Congo. INSCRIBED and SIGNED by editor Crane on front endpaper. Clean, tight, and unworn in a lightly-to-moderately edgeworn dust jacket with a few short closed tears. Jacket spine sunned.
