Book #6 in a short-lived series of only 6 titles published 1933-1935, the very last titles in the series of books about the brave & plucky girls who were part of the first social organization for females, the Camp Fire Girls, that had been written by various authors since the turn of the 20th century. Also published without the "Banner" in the title. A FIRST EDITION, unknown printing, from 1935, this hardcover small 8vo (5.50" x 8") has tan cloth-covered boards ruled & lettered to front & spine in dark green. In 150 pages, all heavily tanned, but unmarked. Condition is Near Fine: exceptionally clean, binding strong & square, hinges secure. The clipped DJ is VG-/Good+: colorful & bright, but with moderate rubbing & chipping to extremities, heaviest at both ends of spine & all corners, with some short unclosed tears descending from top edge of front cover; nicely protected in nonreflective mylar cover free!
