London: Rupert Hart-Davis, 1953. Cloth. Very Good +/Good+. Pitz, Henry C. SIGNED "Jim H. Williams, Elephant Bill" on ffep. Previous owner's inscription above. Magnificent account of Bandoola the Elephant by the author of "Elephant Bill". Illustrated with some B&W in-text ink drawings. Pale Green cloth cover with gilt lettering to spine. 251 p.pages, 8 3/4" tall. No inscriptions except those on ffep. Some fading at spine ends where narrow pieces are missing from jacket. Jacket has some edge wear and wear along sides of spine, also a few small edge tears and a very small triangular piece missing from top edge at the back. Clipped.
