Maynard was a well-known dance writer, art critic, researcher and bibliographer whose work proved enormously helpful to major ballet companies and individual artists. She was married for a time to "The Mouse That Roared" author Leonard Wibberley. Foreword by Agnes de Mille. Sunning to boards. Else a nice clean signed copy of author's first book.
