Boston: Lee and Shepard, Publishers. Brown cloth with gilt lettering and embossed decoration in gilt and dark brown. All edges gilt. Beveled edges. 40 full page illustrations, all present. 40 poems. Cover is worn with some fraying on edges, especially tips and at top and bottom of spine. Hinges starting to crack. Damp stain on back cover and on some of the inside pages along the edge. A little margin notes here and there. Some of the pages in the middle of the book are coming loose. . Fair. Hardcover. 1876.
