Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1927. First Trade Edition . Hardcover. Good+/No Dust Jacket. Lester G. Hornby. 222 pages. Penciled presentation inscription in the hand of the author to his friend Flaville G. Kyle is seen on the previously blank recto of the frontispiece. Presentation inscription is at the top of the page with a wonderful drawing by the author/illustrator taking up the remainder of the page. Paper spine label is faded and partially torn off. Light wear is seen along edges of covers. Volume remains tight and contents are very clean and intact.
