Condition of the book is VERY GOOD: light wear to covers- light soiling of rear cover, light pencil tik marks on list of characters page- very neat red pencil numbers on page of curtain illustration identifying celebrities, binding fine. NOTE: this also comes with the original playbill for the show at the Shubert Theatre [Boston] (identified in red pencil as " Season 1923-24"). RGR GC
