Linen backed folding map, dissected, folding in to cloth gilt lettered boards with marbled endpapers.45.5 X 35.5 inches. Folded size is about 8 X 9.5 inches. Scale 2 miles to an inch.Index gazetteer in the right hand corners. Cloth covers are very worn and damp marked, with the spine worn and the front board detached. The map itself is generally very good with some damp mottling to several panels, showing through on to the map a bit here and there.
