New York: William Sloane Associates [1947], 1947. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good+. 8vo. [4], 315, [1] pp. Quarter black cloth over green cloth with white lettering on the spine. Price of $3.50 on front flap of jacket. With several in-text drawings representing scenes from Mauldin's life. Mauldin's book about his return to the U.S. following the Second World War. A name and date written on the free front endpaper and a moderate lean, notable age darkening to the pastedowns; mild age toning to jacket and a few traces of wear to its extremities.
