New York: St. Martin's Press, 1999. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. Large 8vo. Pp. 206, (4). With good color photographs by David Graham. Additional photographs in black-and-white. Bound in blue half-cloth over yellow paper-covered boards, yellow lettering stamped on spine. In the illustrated dust jacket, with the spine a bit faded. Inscribed by the author on the half-title page. Inscription reads, "For -- and --, [signed] Andre Codrescu / April 2000 / Microsoft", the location evidently the corporate offices at which Codrescu spoke. Dust jacket now preserved in a removable, archival sleeve.
