Good binding and cover. Shelf wear. Clean, unmarked pages. Numerous ads. A look at America before the Highway system. Golf club guide for the New England states and eastern Canada. Gives the motorist precise directions for reaching each club, resort or hotel: "Fork, mill ahead on right; straight ahead on Main St., fork, house on right, bear left; fork, after crossing bridge, deserted buildings on left, bear right, fork, barn on far right, bear left," etc. In the days when there were few directional signs. Many small, historical, black and white photographs. Note: We have a large collection of Green books in stock from 1920s-1930s.
