Princeton, NJ, 1962. unbound. 2 pages (front and back), 7.75 x 5.75 inches, on personal stationery with a hand-addressed envelope measuring 4 x 6 inches, Princeton, New Jersey, October 12, 1962. Elegant letter by the pianist and composer, regretting that he cannot give information on French Composer Deodat de Severac with whom, even though he had played certain of his pieces, he was entirely unacquainted. In part: "...J'en entendu la premiere audition a la societe Nationalede Paris pro Blanche Selva peu avant la mort de Severac...Desole de nepouvir vous aider dans votre tache si interessante..." One horizontal fold; fine condition.<br/><br/>
