Co., Wagons, Carriages, South Bend, Ind. letterhead, February 4, 1893. 7 13/16" x 10 3/8", 2 pages (1 leaf recto and verso). Fine. To N.N. Hill Brass Co. East Hampton, Connecticut Witmer gives specifications for brass bells that he wants manufactured. In part: ". . .must have the ratchet & hammer attachment to make bell ring properly. . ." Designed by Bugler Litho. Company, Milwaukee. With illustrations of: 1). Factory; 2). Wagon Works; 3). Carriage Works.. Signed by Author(s). No Binding. Very Good.
