Boston: Phillips, Sampson and Company, 1858. First Edition . Hardcover. VG. Very good in original brown pebbled and embossed cloth-covered boards. Eight illustrations with tissue guards present. 1859 pencilled signature. Plain blue endpapers. Two dampstains (first fifty pages at the lower right corner and the last pages at the top margin) and spots on the rear board.
