Hardcover, no dust jacket. Very Good hard cover bound in brown cloth with black title on cover and line the edge of front cover, spine decorated with title, author, and publisher in gilt and a black lines and globe with "The World Library of Standard Works." There is slight wear at the head and tail of spine and the corners. End papers are brown paper listing other books in The World Library of Standard Books. Title page has previous owner's name. Text is unmarked, binding is tight.
