New York: Horizon Press, 1967. First edition. 264 pp. Oatmeal cloth, lettered in black on the spine and blind on the front board, with the dust jacket. Slight browning to board edges, minor edgewear to jacket. Inscribed by Boyle on the title-page, with a further holograph note by her at the end of the introduction, p. 19, noting her learning later of Carnevali's death in 1942.
