A book on legends as told by the various custodians of Indigenous People Lands – for example the author - Oodgeroo Noonuccal– and of the land that she is custodian of Minjerribah (known as Stradbroke Island, Queensland). Each of the landscapes around Australia, has a spokesperson from that particular region to speak of the land and of the legends.
