First Edition (stated), later printing with PO name in ink on flyleaf. Small bump to lower right edge of front board. Second issue (five reviews, not a quote on back) unclipped ($25.00) jacket shows minor shelf wear and a small 0.25 in. brown dot on top of back jacket flap. Jacket is protected with a removable mylar cover. Given current events, writing about bipartisanship may make this an interesting read.6.25x9.5 in. 375 pg.

Synopsis

The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream is the second book written by then-Senator Barack Obama. In the fall of 2006, it became number one on both bestseller lists after Obama was endorsed by Oprah Winfrey. In the book, Obama expounds on many of the subjects that became part of his 2008 campaign for the Presidency.
