Printed for T. Carnan and F. Newbery, junior,, 1774.. 1774 16mo. [112] p. 52 uncoloured maps and an engraved Index sheet. 11.5 cm. Vellum backed boards as issued. A little rubbing to the boards and spine ends, Neat inscription 'Elizath Palmer March 26 1779' on front endpaper, with contemporary Palmer armorial bookplate. Faint stain to the lower corner of a few leaves, otherwise clean and crisp. There are 16 maps of the Americas, including maps of all the Colonies at the oubreak of the War of Independence.
