Condition: Magazine is bumped at lower right corner, causing corner creases throughout. Binding age darken with some soiling and faint old damp spots (as expected). Shelf wear, scattered short tears. Interior: Occasional old damp stains, scattered creases; Overall Very Good. Text, illustrations are clear. Excellent vintage advertisements throughout. Articles include "My Hunt After the Captain," by the famous Oliver Wendell Holmes, "On Being Human" by Woodrow Wilson, and "Expression," by John Burroughs. A nice vintage copy. This special jubilee issue continues to be basically devoted to literature, art, and politics - its content is reminiscent of the past, and which in character, in the range of its ideas, in form, style, and quality, should mark not a transition but a continuance.
