Rochester. T. Holdroyd. Undated. Circa early 1900s. (9960) Hardback. Good in maroon cloth with gilt lettering to front board. Edge of textblock grubby and edges of pages browning due to age. Small black stripe (felt tip pen?) at bottom of front corner. Signed by author on front fly-leaf. No d.w. 37 pages. Chapter 1 - Opinions for and against its public use. Chapter 2 - A very simple explanation of its clauses.
