With review slip and note from Chris Casson on half sheet of FSG blue stationary, sending this book to Henry Hewes and inviting him to lunch with Aitmatov at the Captain's Table. Hewes was the main theater critic at the Saturday Review at the time, and was a pioneer in supporting and reviewing international theater as well as local non-Broadway productions.
