Oliver & Boyd, 1966. Hardcover. Acceptable/Good. 1966. First Edition. 226 pages. This is an ex-Library book. Pictorial dust jacket over full bound red leather. Black and white maps inserted to front free endpaper. Ex-Library copy, with expected inserts and inscriptions. Black and white photographic plates throughout. Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages and plates are lightly tanned throughout. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Very slight crushing to spine ends. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with chips and creasing. Stain to rear panel.
