Hardcover with dust jacket (although I blush to say this---see below), xix + 363 pages, plus black-and-white illustrations and partially coloured maps; light shelf wear and bumps to cover edges and corners, some faded old stains to covers, but tight in binding, text pages very clean and unmarked; the DJ is in four separate pieces and each is considerably rubbed and chipped (a challenge for even a professional restorer). . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Poor.
