Small folio, terracotta colored cloth covered boards with gilt facsimile intials of the painter and gilt spine titles. 75 pp. LIMITED EDITION 1/1200, printed on heavy cream rag with untrimmed edges. Illustrated with 10 full color tipped-in plates and 32 black and white plates. With an appreciation by Clive Turnbull and a biographical sketch by Tristan Buesset. A beautifully produced and elegant work with decorations and titles in a matching terracotta ink. Bunny was the first Australian artist to ever exhitibt at the Old Salon in Paris and to have his paintings purchased for the French National collection. A tight, clean, bright, volume with brililant pages and bright, fine plates, unmarked. Slight offsetting to endpapers from foldover typical with this title, else fine, in a tight, crisp, sharp, clean, unclipped dust jacket which has one thumbsized chip next to top of spine and slight loss at the spine ends, else fine. Very near fine in very good plus dust jacket. SCARCE..
