Prior owner signature and notations in red to the blank front pastedown and free-endpaper. Very slight staining to half title page. Otherwise, a very good copy in a rubbed, soiled, edgeworn and chipped dust jacket which is nicely preserved and displayed in a clear archival Brodart sleeve. ~SP27~ [1.5P] Louis Henri Jean Charlot (1898-1979) was a French-born American painter and illustrator, active mainly in Mexico and the United States.
