About This Item
New York: Holt Rinehart Winston, 1966. First Edition/First Printing . Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good+. Nice and tight, but has spotting to page edges. Jacket has just a couple of short tears. No price on jacket, but states first edition. I have had several of these and I am pretty sure this is the true first American edition.
