A play dealing with courtship and conquest through to the silver wedding of a couple, and how they stayed happily married. Translated from the French by Crystal Herbert. Softening and fading to the backstrip with rubbing of the book corners and lower book edges. Browning and some foxing spots to the textblock edges and lighter Browning of the pages. Original bookseller's sticker to the lower right-hand corner of the front paste-down and the endpapers show the residual marks of tape. Chipping to the dustwrapper corners and backstrip edges.
