First edition of this scarce work, The Art of Architectural Modelling in Paper. A detailed and fascinating dissertation on the art of architectural modelling. There are sections focusing on the necessary materials, instruments, the commencement of the model and some hints on landscape gardening. With a glossary to the rear. With a frontispiece, vignette title page, eleven plates and many in text illustrations. Collated, complete. With publisher's adverts tp the rear. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, a little worn to the spine and extremities and a few marks to the boards. Front hinge is starting but remains firm. Generally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Very Good
