Boston: Colby and Rich, 1875. First edition [1875]. Worn copy of this memoir of world travels involving spiritualism and seances. Also includes Australia and New Zealand. Rust colored cloth over beveled boards, gilt lettering and decoration. Covers heavily worn at the edges with chipping to the extremities, chip mid-spine, remnants of a strip of first aid tape on the spine, hinges internally cracked but covers secure, inexpert black tape repair to front hinge at the endpapers, pages age-browned but readily legible, name at top of title page, no other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
