New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1978. 1st. Fine. First edition as stated on copyright page. In original, unclipped, dust jacket in mylar with minimal rubbing. Olive paper over boards, black cloth spine, gilded lettering on spine; slight toning just at edges. Deckled long fore edge, color stained top fore edge. Interior is clean, clear, crisp, and with an unbroken spine.
