Allan Brooks, George Miksch Sutton, Roger Tory Peterson, Terence Michael Shortt, Edwin Richard Kalmbach. Green leatherette binding with titles stamped in gilt on spine and front cover, Roadrunner motif on cover and giant cactus on spine stamped in gilt, pictorial endpapers at front , map endpapers at rear. Illustrated with color plates that have printed tissue guards, photographs and drawings, 723 pages. Clean unmarked copy, corner bumped, covers rubbed at corners and edges of spine, first forty pages have a mild crease, overall a very good copy . This book is more than the usual bird book as the text is very readable and the stories are fascinating, not to take away from the beautiful artwork which is equally as good.
