Paperback. 296p., small tear in front cover affecting the word 'upon' and mirrored in title page, same effect, otherwise very good in lightly-worn plain tan covers with title on front cover. The argument for the defense of Calhoun, president of the United Railroad company which ran the trolley system in SF after the earthquake and was accused of paying bribes to Boss Ruef. Only 3 copies located in OCLC as of 3/2017.
