This is the Book-of-the-Month Club edition, published shortly after the first edition. [6], 455 p.; 20 cm. Blue cloth with gilt spine and cover titles. Illustrated dust jacket. A novel about refugees in Paris before the beginning of World War II, which was the basis of a 1948 movie starring Ingrid Bergman and Charles Boyer. Book is in Very Good+ Condition: cover is lightly soiled; slightly shaken; pages are clean and solid. Dust jacket is in Good Condition: rubbed; chipping and small tears along edges.
