Original cloth. dj. (some chipping). 23cm. Jacket has a chip at base of backstrip and some other relatively minor wear. Every copy of the Second edition we've seen has lacked the 3 sketch maps of motor roads listed on the table of contents which has led us to conclude that those 3 sketch maps were omitted in this edition.
