Tight and straight, rubbed at corners, spine gilt dulled and spine cloth lightly faded: Very Good. 61389.

Military memoir of the Apache Wars from 1769 to 1886, including Victorio's War in New Mexico and Arizona; the battles near Fort Apache in the early 1880s; and the campaign led by Geronimo up to his surrender in 1886. Also includes biographical context about the author, who received the Medal of Honor at the 1882 Battle of Big Dry Wash, Arizona.
