Publisher's mustard boards, printed paper spine label, limitation slip laid; scarce original matching mustard dust jacket printed in black. A pristine copy, the jacket spine panel barely rubbed to the top edge. Provenance: Handsome book plate of bibliophile Arthur A. Goldsmith, Jr., to front paste-down.
