Original printed red wrappers, untrimmed, tissue overlay; in a brown cloth slipcase. First edition, one of 400 ordinary copies, of an edition of 440. Inscribed in the year of publication by the American composer (and subject of Pound's book) George Antheil in ink on front flyleaf to [Tr. Hocquard?] "with friendship and thankfulness... Paris 1924." Gallup A25-a. (BA).
