Sextodecimo (6.75" x 4"), 262 & [2] pages followed by several unused leaves for memoranda & 12 unnumbered pages, illustrated throughout (some in color), & two maps of Atlantic City. Original red cloth lettered in gilt on the upper cover & decorated with the Burroughs Wellcome Unicorn trade mark. All edges gilt, decorated endpapers.
Covers spotted, soiled & rubbed, spine a bit sunned, sporadic modest foxing, otherwise good or better.
Contents include: Anglo-Saxon leechcraft; The Wellcome Materia Medica Farm; Historical Medical Equipment; Equipment List and Formulary of Burroughs Wellcome Products.
