London; Printed by A Strahan for T. N. Longman and O. Rees, 1800, 1800. Hard Cover. FIRST EDITION. Octavo, pp. [3], vi-xv, [1], 298, [6] catalogue. Later blue cloth with gilt titles to maroon leather label to spine. Spine lightly sunned, and a little rubbed at tips. Scattered light foxing, mainly to margins, and a little historic marginal annotation in ink; a few marks to leaves, perhaps from flower pressing. A very good copy. Text in three parts, the first referring to the rivers and waters of Britain and Ireland, the second to the fishes of the same and the third to the flies used in angling for them and how to make them. Scarce. Westwood & Stachell pp. 205/6.
