Doubleday, 1956. Hardcover. Very Fine. Hardcover. Dust jacket. The cover is in very fine condition. The cover is red leather with black and pink stamp on the front back and spine. The cover is in very fine condition, the dust jacket is very colorful and is in very good condition with a minor amount of fraying at the top and slight rips to the top and bottom of the spine. Illustrations by Leonard Weisgard. Previous owner's name, handwritten on the front of the inner front flysheet. The pages have a pink dye on the top and a deckled edge on the face. Only the slightest amount of browning to the edge, and the pages are very clean, crisp and complete. Illustrations throughout are colorful. Overall, this book is in fine to very fine condition.
