New York: A L Burt Company, 1900. 97 pp. green cloth covers with a stamped illustration of man and cat standing in front of door. A retelling of some of Hans Christian Andersen classic fairy tales, such as 'The Fir-Tree' and 'The Little Match Girl'. Illustrated with numerous black and white as well as color plates.

Measures 8" x 6" Covers have minor edge wear. Binding is loose. Previous owner inscription on front free endpaper. Minor toning due to age.
