Corners worn, spine ends chipped, some rubbing to extremities, a bit of label residue on lower spine. Rear hinge cracking internally. Also cracking at title page. Large bookplate for James W. Crane, M.D. on front pastedown with ink signature above and on title page. Ink stain on p. 57. Underlining and ink notations throughout.
