Generally sound internally, with occasional staining. A small chip missing from the corner margin of title page v.1. Contains the legislation of 2nd Session of the 4th Congress. Prior to 1840, private reporters such as Thomas Carpenter, related Congressional debates, votes, and issues before Congress.
